Stephen Krempl is a speaker, author, consultant, and the President and CEO of Krempl Communications International (KCI). Stephen acquired his global perspective and unique style over two decades of service with Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, PepsiCo Restaurants, YUM Brands, and Starbucks, where he was Chief Learning Officer and VP of Global Learning in Seattle, Washington.

As Vice President of Global Learning at Starbucks Coffee Company, he created and implemented an extensive learning strategy for the 140,000 partners and 12,800 stores operating in 37 countries that enabled the planned and systematic growth of the brand across the globe.
At PepsiCo Restaurants International, he developed a training system for the Asia Division. At Motorola, his group designed, developed, and converted several hundred hours of Motorola curriculum for the Singapore Government. He also headed a team that built an external consulting unit in Southeast Asia to support customers and suppliers of Motorola with Motorola’s Quality Curriculum. He was also a consultant at the Singapore Institute of Managements.
Stephen’s senior training and education roles in these companies have enabled him to participate in the development and training of leaders in 25 countries.
Singapore-born Stephen has trained and coached thousands of executives in the U.S., Europe, and Asia on organizational and behavioral change. His work has given him the opportunity to work with many learning organizations across the globe. He has run training programs and spoken at conferences in countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia such as:

He instructed as an adjunct faculty member at University of London and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
Stephen’s Present Passions
Stephen’s hobbies include writing books and furthering presentation technology. Drawing upon his extensive training experience, he has developed and patented a new presentation system called TriZenter™ that allows an individual with a single computer to display a multimedia presentation using three projectors or other display devices to increase interest, retention, and recall of the information displayed.
He is now making major inroads spreading the G.E.M. message to universities, enabling students to understand and what is expected of them in corporate world. His mission is to help every student figure out what is expected of them and to learn those behaviors before they get to the work world!
